For years we have been managing properties mainly on El Valle Golf Resort and as result of the contacts we have built up we have decided to launch this division. Our service is very personalised. We do not carry a huge range of properties that cannot be sold. We have a select but diverse range of properties to suit your requirements.

We have resort properties – apartments and villas. They are mainly on El Valle Golf Resort. Private sales are from select clients. Bank repossessions area available with finance available if you meet the requirements. As a rule we believe that it is a myth bank properties are cheaper. A good quality private sale is nearly always better value for money in the long run.
We also have an agent living on site on Las Colinas golf resort. This is top end luxury apartments and villas on the wonderful Troon managed famous golf course. We have one-off country houses available in beautiful small Spanish towns such as La Murta. Also available are a wide range of new-build apartments and easily managed villas and nearly all are close to the wonderful Costa Calida beaches.
